This BigPack includes both do88 performance intercooler and pipe kit.
This kit is for those with high horsepower goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best! Just changing to our performance intercooler is a major improvement, and together with the pressure pipe kit the gains are huge. The pressure pipes offer significantly better airflow than stock piping, verified by multiple tests both in-car and on our SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.
Advantages with do88 BigPack (OEM intercooler/pipes):
- Core volume: 15,347 cm³ (7,719 cm³), do88 is 99% larger!
- Airflow at 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi pressure drop: 325 CFM (239 CFM), do88 36% higher!
- Post-intercooler air temperature at same conditions: 24°C (36°C), do88 12°C lower!
The BigPack includes a full aluminum performance intercooler and a complete 2.5” pipe kit with silicone hoses. This replaces everything between the turbo outlet and throttle body, dramatically improving airflow and cooling performance.
The do88 performance intercooler is all-aluminum, with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design for maximum cooling efficiency and minimal pressure drop. The pressure pipes are 2.5” mandrel-bent seamless aluminum, with custom high-quality silicone hoses reinforced with 4 layers of polyester/aramid, capable of handling very high temperature and pressure.
Always remember that the OEM intercooler was designed for the original power level of the vehicle. Only after an engine software tune will the do88 BigPack deliver a performance increase over the OEM intercooler.
A common misconception is that a front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) would always be better. The do88 BigPack often outperforms FMICs with limited frontal core area and partial obstruction behind the bumper beam, which can reduce cooling capacity below OEM levels.
