This BigPack includes both do88 performance intercooler and intercooler pipe kit.
This kit is designed for high-horsepower applications. Installing only the do88 performance intercooler provides a significant improvement, but combined with our pressure pipe kit, the gains are huge. Our pressure pipes offer better airflow than stock pipes, verified in-car and on our SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.
Significant advantages with do88 BigPack (OEM intercooler/pipes):
- Core volume: 11,906 cm³ (OEM 5,377 cm³), 221% larger!
- Air flow at 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi pressure drop: 341 CFM (OEM 268 CFM), 27% higher!
- Post-intercooler air temperature under the same conditions: 32°C (OEM 66°C), 34°C lower!
- Fits all cars listed below. OEM intercooler rubber supports (top & bottom) require slight trimming due to increased thickness.
The BigPack includes a full aluminum performance intercooler, a complete 2.5” / 2.75” pipe kit, and silicone hoses. This replaces everything between the turbo outlet and throttle body for maximum airflow and cooling performance.
All do88 intercoolers are all-aluminum, CAD-designed with flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core for maximum heat transfer efficiency and minimal pressure drop. Pipes are mandrel-bent aluminum, and hoses are 4-layer reinforced silicone capable of handling high boost pressures and temperatures.
