This BigPack includes both do88 performance intercooler and intercooler pipe kit.
This kit is for those with high horsepower goals who want to upgrade to the absolute best. Installing only the do88 performance intercooler gives a big improvement, but together with our pressure pipe kit the performance gains are huge. Our pressure pipes offer better airflow than stock pipes, verified in-car and on our SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.
Significant advantages with do88 BigPack (OEM intercooler/pipes):
- Core volume: 13,945 cm³ (OEM 8,465 cm³), 65% larger!
- Air flow at 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi pressure drop: 313 CFM (OEM 258 CFM), 21% higher!
- Post-intercooler air temperature under the same conditions: 28°C (OEM 49°C), 21°C lower!
- Fits all cars listed below. OEM intercooler rubber supports in the top brackets need slight trimming due to increased thickness.
- No pre-drilled holes for AC condenser; these must be drilled (easy to do).
The BigPack includes a full aluminum performance intercooler, a complete 2.5” pipe kit, and silicone hoses. This replaces everything between the turbo outlet and throttle body, drastically improving airflow and cooling performance compared to the original setup.
do88 performance intercoolers are all-aluminum, CAD-designed with flow-optimized cast end tanks and optimized core design to achieve maximum cooling efficiency with minimal pressure drop. Pipes are 2.5” mandrel-bent aluminum. Custom silicone hoses have 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement, capable of handling high boost pressures and temperatures.
The OEM intercooler was designed for stock power levels. Even heavy use or power upgrades can exceed its capabilities. Only after engine software tuning will the do88 BigPack provide full performance benefits over the OEM intercooler.
