MERA performance: MERA stands for more cooling, better airflow, and more performance. The intercooler kit uses thick cores, precise cast end tanks, and optimized carbon air guides with seals to ensure all air passes through the core. Hoses are CFD-tested, high-temperature rated (up to 240 °C / 464 °F), and designed for OEM or do88 Y-pipe configurations.
Testing with a Stage 1 tuned Porsche 996 shows a peak inlet air temperature reduction of 41 °C (105.8 F) compared to OEM units. Airflow is verified on the Superflow SF-1020 Probench with complete system hoses.
