Constructed from high-quality aluminum with continuous welds, this intercooler ensures maximum reliability and endurance under demanding conditions. The cast end tanks are optimized for airflow and include machined mounting points for the AC condenser and radiator. CNC-machined connections match the OE layout for a straightforward drop-in installation. The system has been validated with CFD simulations and Superflow SF1020 flowbench testing to guarantee excellent cooling performance and low pressure drop.
The 81% larger core volume provides improved performance across the entire power band. Cooler intake temperatures during repeated full-throttle runs ensure consistent engine output and reliability, even on standard, non-tuned cars.
All necessary hardware for installation, including bolts, washers, and instructions, are included. No modifications to the car’s original structure are required.
