Intercooler piping and hoses for Porsche 992 Turbo, Carrera, -S, -GTS. A true upgrade that replaces the OE hoses!
Crafted from mandrel bent 63 mm (2.5”) aluminum piping, this kit offers improved airflow and better durability over time. The pipes are finished in a matte black, textured powder coating.
As a finishing touch, the kit includes matte black silicone hoses. The turbo outlet hoses are made from a high-temperature specification material capable of handling 240°C continuous temperature. Hose clamps used in this position are of the “constant tension” type, allowing them to compensate for temperature-related material expansion and contraction.
The use of 3D scanning to generate a precise 3D model in our CAD environment opens up new possibilities to optimize the product. With the vehicle’s structure as a foundation, the piping and hoses were reworked repeatedly, refining radii and angles until no further improvements were possible.
This scientific approach, combined with the flexibility of 3D scanning, allows instant verification of airflow and performance. The result is a product that outflows the OE pipework, improves engine bay aesthetics, and will undoubtedly outlast the original hoses over time.
