do88 performance intercooler designed for an easy drop-in fitment in your Toyota Yaris GR.
Advantages of the do88 performance intercooler:

This intercooler is constructed to deliver the best cooling efficiency under demanding conditions. The design increases the frontal cooling area of the core, which improves cooling performance across the entire speed range, including lower speeds common on technical tracks. Unlike low/thick cores, which only perform well at high air speeds, this intercooler maintains efficiency at all speeds.
To accommodate the larger intercooler core, the bumper beam is moved forward using two specially designed spacers. These spacers also provide optimal fastening points for the intercooler. Ambient air guides are included to ensure airflow passes through the core rather than slipping around it.
Inlet and outlet connections are enlarged from 45 mm (1¾”) to 63 mm (2½”) to reduce pressure drop. Specially designed silicone hoses are included to ensure compatibility with the original intercooler pipes.
The 91% increase in core volume and 168% larger frontal area (Tube & Fin Core, 57 mm thick) delivers a perceptible improvement. Engine performance remains strong throughout the rev range and during repeated full-throttle operation. Even on standard, non-tuned cars, the do88 intercooler prevents high inlet temperatures that can limit usable power from the OEM intercooler.
Some original plastic air guides require trimming (see installation instructions) to fit the larger intercooler. The Styrofoam on the bumper beam is removed as it does not fit when the beam is moved forward.
This product includes all necessary hardware for installation: bolts, washers, and instructions.
