    Upgrade charge-air cooling with the do88 Performance Intercooler. ICM-380-S fits VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4.

    do88 performance intercooler developed by do88 for an easy fitment in your VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4.

    Significant advantages of the do88 performance intercooler compared to the OEM VW Golf GTI intercooler:
    - Greater core volume: 15,811 cm³ (OEM: 9,056 cm³), 75% larger
    - Larger active cooling area: 2,774 cm² vs 2,587 cm², 7% larger
    - Airflow at 0.15 bar (2.18 psi) pressure drop: 462 CFM (OEM: 353 CFM), 31% higher
    - Peak power gain of +12 hp and peak torque gain of +14 Nm (measured on VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 MY2021 with stock software)
    - Lower post-intercooler air temperature under identical conditions: 23 °C (OEM: 35 °C), 12 °C lower

    This intercooler is designed to deliver excellent cooling efficiency under demanding conditions. Manufactured exclusively from aluminum with continuous welds, it ensures durability and reliability. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and reduces intake air temperatures.

    As with all do88 performance products, this intercooler has undergone thorough and continuous testing during development to ensure maximum performance without compromise. The design is optimized for the available space, allowing for a true drop-in fitment.

    The 75% increase in core volume delivers a clearly noticeable improvement. Engine performance remains strong throughout the rev range and during repeated full-throttle operation without heat buildup. Even on stock vehicles, hot climates or repeated acceleration can generate excessive intake air temperatures with the OEM intercooler.

    The OEM intercooler cooling capacity is often insufficient, which can negatively affect usable power output. With the do88 intercooler installed, power delivery remains consistent at all times.

    This product is supplied with everything required for installation. Bolts, washers, and mounting instructions are included.
