Self-developed performance intercooler from do88 for easy drop-in installation on Audi, SEAT, Skoda, and VW 1.8 TSI / 2.0 TSI (MQB) models.

- Larger active cooling area: 2,692 cm² vs 2,573 cm²; 5% larger
- Airflow at 0.15 bar / 2.18 psi: 455 CFM (OEM 310 CFM); 47% higher
- Lower post-intercooler air temperature: 24°C (OEM 36°C); 12°C lower

Manufactured from aluminum with continuous welds, this intercooler delivers maximum cooling efficiency and reliability under demanding conditions. The increased core volume ensures lower intake temperatures, allowing the engine to perform consistently even under repeated full-throttle runs. Tested rigorously by do88, this intercooler is fully optimized for drop-in fitment without compromises.
All necessary hardware for installation is included—no cutting or modifications to the car’s original structure required.
