How do I obtain a Shipping Quote?
The quickest way to obtain a shipping quote is as follows:
1) Add your desired products to your Shopping Cart.
2) View your Shopping Cart, click on "Estimate Shipping", and enter your Country, State and Postal Code details. You will then be presentd with various shipping service options!

What is your Shipping Policy?
At ViVA Performance, we can ship to virtually any address in the world! Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Order placed by 12 p.m. Eastern Time are normally processed the same day. While many of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Nashua, NH, some orders may be drop shipped directly from vendor warehouses around the country.
For Domestic shipments, we offer Standard (Ground or Priority Mail) and Expedited (Express) delivery options using your choice of carrier, either UPS, US Postal Service, or Fedex.
For International shipments, we offer US Postal Service or Fedex Express delivery options.

What is your Payment Policy?
We provide numerous payment options to provide the most convenience for our clients.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders by requesting your 3- or 4-digit CVV2 number. We will also verify your address using credit card industry's Address Verification System (AVS). For your convenience, credit cards are not charged to capture funds until 24 hours prior to the order shipment date.

PayPal: We accept PayPal for easy and convenient shopping. We have maintained a Verified PayPal Business account for over 13 years!
Money Order/Certified Check: Please do not send cash. Upon order checkout, you will be provided with a mailing address to send a money order or certified check. Funds must be in US Dollars (USD) and must originate from a US based bank.

Bank Wire Transfer: Upon order checkout, you will be provided with pertinent bank account details to successfully send a bank wire transfer. Incoming funds must be in US Dollars (USD).

As always, orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. Unless otherwise indicated, Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. All prices are in USD.

What is your Returns & Warranty Policy?
At ViVA Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with each item that you purchase from us! If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 60 days of the order placement date for a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping & handling fees). Can you get products not listed on your website?
The short answer is: mostly likely YES! In the event that our website does not list a specific product that you may be interested in, please Contact Us. We'll be happy to utilize our professional network and find what you're looking for. We also have wholesale accounts with many other Volvo vendors (including our competitors), so please feel free to ask us if you are interested in anything they might carry.

I want a product that's Out of Stock? When will it be available?
If a product is listed as "Out of Stock" on our website, we recommend that you Contact Us so that we can provide you with an accurate availability date.

Does you offer "Group Buys" or wholesale discounts?
Group Buys: We understand that sometimes there is greater interest in our products if we are able to extend discounts for quantity purchases, or "Group Buys". While we do set competitive target retail prices, we are happy to explore possibilities for "Group Buys". We typically require at least 5 - 10 confirmed buyers ready to purchase a specific product before we announce a formal "Group Buy".

Do installing your products void my car's factory warranty?
The Magnusson-Moss Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act of 1975 protects consumers from such fraudulent activity by new car dealers. Under this Act, aftermarket equipment that improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer's original warranty, unless the warranty clearly states the addition of aftermarket equipment automatically voids your vehicle's warranty or if it can be proven that the aftermarket device is the direct cause of the failure. The easiest way to check this is to look in your owner's manual under, "what is notcovered". Under Magnusson-Moss Act a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before they can deny warranty coverage. If they cannot prove such claim-or offer an explanation- it is your legal right to demand compliance with the warranty. The Federal Trade Commission (202-326-3128) administers the Magnusson-Moss Act and monitors compliance with warranty law. The easiest way to check this is to look in your owner's manual.
