Upgrade the braking performance of your 2021+ Hyundai Elantra N, i30 N, or 2021-23 Hyundai Kona N with Girodisc 2-piece Brake Rotors A1-327.
These Girodisc 2-piece rotors are a direct replacement for the front rotors on the Elantra N, Kona N, and i30 N. Our fully floating 2-piece assemblies reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass from the front axle for improved braking performance.
The rotor rings are machined from a proprietary high-carbon iron casting formulated to Girodisc’s specifications. The 48 curved vanes act as a centrifugal pump, pulling air in through the hub to effectively cool the rotors under heavy use. The 2-piece design allows the hat to be reused with new rings (part number D1-327) when replacement is needed.
All major components—including hats, rotor rings, and drive pins—are manufactured in-house at our Bellingham, WA facility from domestically sourced materials. The hat is made from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish. Drive pins are high-strength steel alloy, cadmium-plated for corrosion resistance. Rotors are assembled with spring clips and Belleville washers for race-ready float while remaining street-friendly with no noise from loose hardware.
We recommend replacing the rings at a minimum thickness of 28mm, or sooner if a crack extends to the edge of the ring.
