DESCRIPTION
Improve your BMW's handling performance, steering precision and gearbox shifting with a Powerflex PFF5-4655 bushing. PFF5-4655 and PFF5-4655BLK fits models in Position #55 in the Bushing Position Diagram below.
PFF5-4655 is a transmission mount that will fit many different models of BMW throughout the years. This is available in 3 different versions.
Street: Yellow 70A Durometer Performance:
Purple 80A Durometer Race: Black 95A Durometer Heritage: 70A Durometer
These bushings are designed with street and track in mind to replace the tear-prone soft rubber mounts, which is a common cause of knocking, mis-shifting and over-revving.
Made using CNC machined Aluminum Caps with captive securing bolts and a Yellow 70A Durometer polyurethane body, they increase stiffness over OE by 150%, while minimizing NVH transmission.
Aside from our Street Series offering, they are available in our stiffer Purple 80A material for Performance use (260% stiffer) and Black Series 95A material, mainly intended for track use (375% stiffer) for those wanting to further reduce drivetrain movement. The harder the material used, the less deflection they offer and the higher the NVH transmission.

Note: Bushings are sold in the number required at a specified location. Purchasing quantity 1 will include enough bushings for the left and right location for a single vehicle.

PowerflexUSA does not have a time-based warranty policy because issues that customers have are always an opportunity to learn. Where a problem has occurred due to incorrect fitting, we have always asked if the reason for the error was due to poor fitting instructions. When a part fails, we strive to understand if the part is being used outside of its design parameters. And like all manufacturing we have had the occasional material quality issue and in these cases, we have always replaced parts without question.

- Contact Powerflex USA directly via their online Warranty Page.
- Note the ViVA Performance Order ID associated with the bushing; including details of the installation and any changes made, with photos of the failed part.
- The Warranty only applies to parts purchased from ViVA Performance.
- The Warranty is limited to the replacement of suspension bushings supplied.
- There is no Warranty coverage for consequential part failure or labor for installation.
- The Warranty applies to the original purchaser only, no exceptions.
