DESCRIPTION
Upgrade your rubber intercooler hoses with silicone-reinforced replacement units for your P1 Volvo! Our silicone intercooler hoses are manufactured using high-quality 5-ply silicone with 4-ply reinforcement. Designed to outlast the original rubber hoses, they withstand extreme engine temperatures and increased turbo boost pressures. These hoses are very rigid and will not balloon under high boost or collapse under vacuum conditions.
Kit Features:
- 5-ply Blue silicone construction with a smooth wipe-down finish
- 4-ply polyester or Nomex reinforcement layers, with wire reinforcement where necessary
- Withstands extreme temperature and turbo boost pressures
- Pressure range: 0.3 to 0.9 MPa
- Temperature range: -58°F to 475°F
- Excellent resistance to UV, water, oil, ozone, and oxygen
