Increase the handling precision and rear-end stability of your Volvo with this Delrin Rear Subframe Bushing Kit. VP-077015 is designed to fit Volvo S60R, V70R, S60/V70 AWD, and XC70 models.
This Delrin Rear Subframe Bushing Kit is engineered specifically for Volvo P2 AWD platforms. Manufactured from high-quality Delrin material and paired with corrosion-resistant T304 stainless steel sleeves, these bushings replace the compliant factory rubber units to significantly reduce rear subframe movement under load, an upgrade many would describe as a “night and day difference” in overall vehicle feel.

Please note: Due to the significantly higher stiffness of Delrin compared to factory rubber bushings, an increase in noise, vibration, and road feedback may be transmitted into the cabin. This is a normal characteristic of performance subframe bushings.
Subframe Bolts:
We recommend the use of new subframe bolts when performing this update. Your CH (Chassis Code) can be located by looking at the last 6 digits on your VIN number.
- CH -424999 or less, you will need (2) 987444 for the front and (2) 987444 for the rear subframe mounting points
- CH 425000- or greater, you will need (2) 987444 and (2) 987445 or the rear subframe mounting points
Additional Fitment Notes: The S60R/V70R, S60/V70 AWD, XC70 models had a Chassis break where models with CH codes of -424999 used M12 bolts in the front location and CH codes 425000- used M14. As such, the front mounting locator pins are either 25.5mm or 28mm. Our kits will fit both CH breaks with no additional work necessary.
