This is a self-designed performance intercooler from do88, engineered for an easy drop-in fitment for Volvo S60, V60, V90, S90, and XC90.

This intercooler is designed to deliver excellent cooling efficiency under demanding conditions. Manufactured exclusively from aluminum with continuous welds, it offers outstanding durability and reliability. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and lowers intake air temperatures.
As a do88 performance product, this intercooler has undergone extensive and continuous testing during development to ensure maximum performance without compromise. The design is fully optimized for the available space, allowing for a true drop-in installation.
The 62% increase in core volume delivers a clearly noticeable improvement. Engine performance remains strong throughout the rev range and during repeated full-throttle operation without heat buildup. Even on stock vehicles, repeated acceleration, spirited driving, or operation in warmer climates can result in excessively high intake air temperatures.
OEM intercoolers often have limited cooling capacity, which can reduce usable power output. Effective heat dissipation is essential to maintaining consistent performance. With the do88 intercooler installed, power delivery remains stable at all times.
This product is supplied with everything required for installation. No cutting or modification of the vehicle is necessary. All bolts, nuts, brackets, and mounting instructions are included.
